TERMS & CONDITIONS – WHISKY SHOT PHOTOGRAPHY

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, download, and use of images provided by Whisky Shot Photography. By accessing this website or purchasing images, you agree to the following terms.

1. COPYRIGHT & LICENSE

All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of Whisky Shot Photography.

Upon purchase, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license, which allows:

  • Downloading images for personal use

  • Sharing on personal social media platforms

  • Printing for personal display

The following uses are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:

  • Commercial use of any kind

  • Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of images

  • Use in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials

  • Editing, altering, or modifying images beyond basic cropping for personal use

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY

All purchased images are delivered digitally through the Pixieset platform.

  • Final images are provided without watermarks upon purchase

  • It is the client’s responsibility to download and securely store purchased files

  • Whisky Shot Photography is not responsible for lost or deleted files after delivery

3. WATERMARKS & UNAUTHORIZED USE

Images displayed in galleries may contain watermarks for protection.

  • Screenshotting, downloading, or distributing watermarked images is strictly prohibited

  • Unauthorized use may result in denied access to future galleries and potential legal action

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice

  • Full payment is required prior to downloading images

  • Payments are securely processed through third-party providers integrated with Pixieset

5. SALES & REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of photography products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once images are delivered

6. SOCIAL MEDIA USE

  • Clients are permitted to share purchased images on personal social media platforms

  • Credit to @whiskyshotphotography is appreciated but not required

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Whisky Shot Photography is not liable for:

  • Printing quality or color discrepancies from third-party print labs

  • Loss, corruption, or deletion of downloaded files

  • Misuse of images by third parties once delivered
